The paper CV is not enough, it is becoming more common for employers to ask applicant to make a video to support their job application.

With more and more people being able to establish well paid careers by developing a strong online presence. By creating videos on You Tube and more recently TickTok demonstrating their skills to the world, and this have led to some securing jobs with large companies like the BBC, Netflix and Virgin Records.

These workshops aim to give people an advantage and future proof them for the job market by helping them to produce digital assets that will inform employers of their skills, experience, qualities, and challenges they had to overcome in an engaging way.
