One of the takeaways from our Office of Bedfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner funded focus group was the importance of parents in reducing crime rate in the community.

The other takeaway was the need for more support for parents.

Our response to our findings is to put together a team whose mission is to:

• Support parents to voice their concerns and challenges.
• Explore and implement solutions for the above.

• Build and maintain a parent community which empowers and supports parents wellbeing
