Jennifer volunteer’s for Developwise CIC where she supports the organisation projects. Among her tasks is minutes taking, ideas generating and supervising workshops. Jennifer found out about our Finding The Right Career For You Workshop. She was around other people when she would normally be by herself. She found out about her natural passions and her skills. This was very affirming for her. This gave her confidence to set up her own refreshment business and pursue her dreams to set up an organisation that support young black men. Jennifer was also supported to upskill digitally through Developwise CIC Cost Management Course
