The aim of the Luton Empwerment Days which was Funded by Luton Borough Council and managed by Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation(BLCF) was to raise the attendees career aspirations.

The attendees were empowered to set and effectively work on career and personal goals.

We ran the Finding A Career You Love workshop. The attendees aspirations were raised during the workshop as they found out the careers that is best for them based on their passions, interested,
skills and enjoyable experiences.

We also ran our Creative Goals Setting and Processing workshop which will taught the attendees the
important of setting financial goals. Those attending also learnt how to effectively
work on their personal goals and create digital and creative products such as story
books and fictional books simultaneously.

These they can then use to create videos,
video games and apps.

The goal setting and processing workshop empowered and increased the attendances personal
aspirations and goals as they will learnt how to be more effective at achieving their goals.

The learners were also introduced to the creative and digital industries in a manner that was
relevant to them.

These are future safe industries, so getting into them would help them with their financial wellbeing.
