When Okwudili was introduced to Developwise CIC he was new in the country and was looking for employment. Wellbeing wise he was facing challenges mentally, relationally, financially, and socially as he didn’t know many people in the new system he was in. Okwudili started to volunteer for Developwise CIC wellbeing Connect Team where his network was increased, his feeling of isolation was reduced, he was able to gain project support skills which made him stand out in his job applications. He also went home with a positive altitude which helped his relationship with his family. Okwudili was introduced to local employment opportunities directly and via Developwise Luton Wellbeing Whatsapp Group. He also received support with his CV and applications. Okwudili is now employed.
